How do students know that Emergency Vouchers should be used instead of normal Meal Vouchers?

Students can check the system status in the Pay & Connect App by navigating to Settings > System Status. If the status is in emergency mode, students can expect to receive Emergency Vouchers instead of Normal Vouchers.
