We've added a new "Survey" feature to the Pay & Connect website and app! This will allow us to gather your valuable feedback on various topics to help improve our services.
When a new survey is available, you'll see a notification to encourage your participation.
How to Access a Survey
You can find any available surveys in the "Feedback" section of the app or website menu.
Log in to your Pay & Connect account.
Navigate to the Feedback section in the main menu.
Click on Survey.
If there is an active survey, it will be displayed on this page.
Completing a Survey
Surveys will consist of a series of questions. Here are the types of questions you might see and how to answer them:
Short Text: A single-line text box for brief answers.
Paragraph: A multi-line text box for more detailed feedback.
Multiple Choice (Radio Buttons): Select one option from a list.
Checkboxes: Select one or more options from a list.
Dropdown: Select one option from a dropdown menu.
Rating: Provide a rating on a star scale.
Scale: Select a value on a numbered scale.
Some questions may be marked as required. You will need to answer all required questions before you can submit the survey.
Submitting Your Survey
Once you have answered all the questions, click the "Submit Survey" button at the bottom of the page. After your submission is successful, you will see a confirmation message.

Q: What happens if I can't see a survey?
A: If you navigate to the Survey page and don't see a survey, it means there are no active surveys at this time. You will be notified when a new one is available.
Q: Can I change my answers after submitting?
A: Once a survey is submitted, you cannot go back and edit your answers.
Q: I'm having trouble submitting my survey. What should I do?
A: If you are unable to submit your survey, please ensure you have answered all the required questions. If you continue to experience issues, please contact support at support@payandconnect.co.za.
