Follow these steps to verify your email through the Pay & Connect app or website:
- Log into the Pay & Connect app or website using your credentials.
- Navigate to the account settings or profile section and find the email verification option.
- Check your registered email inbox for a verification email from Pay & Connect.
- Click on the verification link within that email to confirm your address.
Troubleshooting Email Verification Issues
If you experience problems verifying your email, try the following solutions:
- Copy and paste the verification link directly into your web browser instead of clicking it.
- Ensure your email service is not filtering the Pay & Connect email as spam or junk.
- If the verification link has expired, request a new verification email from your account settings.
- Alternatively, you can scan in at your campus dining hall using your student card to access services without immediate email verification.
