If you can't request meal vouchers, first check that your meal plan is active and hasn't expired or been suspended. You can verify your enrollment status through the university's enrollment system. If everything looks correct and it's still not working, reach out to your residence coordinator or meal plan administrator.
Meal plan not showing in the app
If your meal plan isn't appearing in the Pay & Connect app or website, try logging out and back in. If that doesn't help, reinstall the Pay & Connect app.
