Losing your student card doesn't mean losing access to campus dining. Follow these steps to stay covered while you wait for a replacement.
1. Report it immediately
Contact your university's student services or campus security as soon as you notice your card is missing. This prevents anyone else from using it and protects your meal plan.
2. Update your Pay & Connect account
Log in to Pay & Connect and flag your card as lost. This secures your meal plan data and links it to your updated access method.
3. Use the QR code feature in the meantime
While you wait for your replacement card, you can use the QR code in the Pay & Connect app to tap into dining halls and redeem meal vouchers as normal.
4. Reach out if you need help
